MP4 or WebM, maximum 6 MiB (6,291,456 bytes). One entry per approved person per round. Compress larger clips before uploading. Every video is private until approved.

REVIEW THE ROUND.
Approve only after checking playback, rights, safety and eligibility. Finalists freeze when voting starts. Rejection during voting removes an entry from public view and prevents further votes; audit existing votes before awarding.
