INVITATION-ONLY PILOT · NO CASH PRIZE
TRICKSHOT LEAGUE ↗

PILOT-V1 · NOVEMBER 7, 2026

Pilot rules

These terms apply to the invitation-only, no-prize pilot when published. They do not launch the planned $250 competition.

Organizer and contact

The pilot uses the public name Trickshot League. Contact the organizer through the private contact form. This is a working brand name, not a representation that a registered business with that name exists. The actual operator and cash-contest terms must be established before a cash-prize launch.

Who can test

This pilot is limited to adults age 18 or older invited and individually approved by the organizer. An email sign-in alone does not approve participation. For this small pilot, the organizer should verify known testers individually and maintain one participant record per person. The pilot does not collect identity documents through the website.

No purchase and no prize

Entering and voting are free. No cash, goods or other prize is offered in this pilot. The website's planned $250 display is an idea for a future launch, not a current offer or promise of payment.

Rounds and deadlines

Each published pilot round lists its submission and voting windows on the website. Times are displayed in the visitor's local time zone; the server controls whether an action is accepted. Submissions close before voting begins so the organizer can review entries. One person may submit one entry and cast one vote per round. Votes cannot be changed through the website.

Video requirements and permission

Submit an original golf trick-shot video you own, with permission from any identifiable people shown. For this pilot, do not include minors. Do not include unlicensed music, unsafe stunts, harassment, private information, trespassing or other unlawful activity. Use an MP4 or WebM file no larger than 6 MiB (6,291,456 bytes).

By submitting, you permit Trickshot League and its hosting providers to store, review and display your approved video and shot title on the pilot website for the pilot and its stated retention period. You keep ownership. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising, sale of your video or social-media reposting; those uses would require separate permission.

Review and visibility

Videos remain private to the submitting account and authorized organizers until approved. Approved videos and titles are publicly viewable, including by people without accounts. Signed video links expire, but viewers can copy or record public content. Do not submit anything you are unwilling to have publicly viewed.

Approval is not guaranteed. The organizer may reject or remove entries for safety, rights, eligibility or rule violations, and may suspend suspected duplicate or abusive accounts. Finalists are selected before voting opens. A safety or fraud issue can still require removal during voting.

Voting and results

Only organizer-approved participants may vote. Do not create duplicate identities, buy or automate votes, impersonate others, or coordinate fabricated accounts. The database limits each approved participant record to one vote per round. This does not guarantee that all human duplication or fraud can be detected.

The approved entry with the most valid votes after review is the pilot winner. Equal highest totals produce a shared pilot result; no tie-break prize is offered. Results are provisional until the organizer has reviewed eligibility, suspicious voting and disputes. Any joint winners will be identified in the published result note.

Questions, withdrawal and corrections

Use the contact form to report a problem, contest a moderation decision, withdraw a video or request deletion. The organizer may request confirmation of account ownership before acting. Requests are reviewed manually; submitting a form does not automatically remove an account, video or vote. The organizer should review relevant requests before publishing a final result and document any correction.

The organizer may pause or cancel a pilot round if there is a technical, safety or abuse issue. Material changes to a published round must be announced on the site; deadlines or voting rules should not be silently changed after participation begins. No pilot result creates a right to a future cash prize.
